Living in L.A. one gets exposed to so much art on a day to day basis thats it's easy to overlook one of the most prolific forms, no not graffiti, although I know plenty of graffiti writers have been inspired by this one as well. I am talking about the art of the hand painted sign. From the random torta painting on a window, to the many different variations of the Virgen de Guadalupe you can find examples literally everywhere you look in L.A.
